Social & Inclusion
Inclusive, welcoming sessions that bring people together, combat isolation and support wellbeing — for all ages and abilities.
It is our passion to work alongside the local community on projects and programmes close to our hearts. Here are some of our Social & Inclusion sessions.

Premier League Kicks
Uses the power of football and sport to inspire young people to reach their potential, creating opportunities for those at risk of anti-social behaviour or youth violence, and from high-need areas, to engage in football, sport, mentoring and personal development. We provide regular, free, inclusive opportunities for ages 8–18 to play, coach and officiate; improve physical and mental wellbeing, confidence and belonging; build a culture of volunteering and positive role models; work with young people, police and partners for safer communities; and open pathways into education, training and employment.

Youth Club Sessions
We work with local youth club providers to give young people access to a wide range of activities across Harrogate and district — listening to young people, helping them get the best from every activity, and giving them a voice.

Comets
A recreational, pan-disability football programme for disabled boys and girls aged 5–11. Flexible and inclusive, all about playfulness, friendships and fun, with one rule above all: JUST BE YOU.

Just Play 16+
Casual, recreational football for adults and young people aged 16+ with additional needs who want to play without the commitment of a formal league — a relaxed environment to play, get fitter and socialise.
Pitch Positive
A weekly programme for men aged 18+ combining football with social connection: an indoor hour of conversation and games followed by a relaxed social game. A friendly, pressure-free space to boost physical and mental wellbeing — whether you're there to play, chat, or just be around others.

MAN v FAT
Football for men with a BMI of 27.5 or over, every week with qualified referees — even if you haven't kicked a ball in years. You'll join a team of guys who want to lose weight too, supported every step of the way, with weight-loss progress affecting your team's performance and rewards for milestones.
Talk of the Town
A welcoming programme combating social isolation for adults aged 50+, launched in summer 2025 in Bilton. Weekly, relaxed, friendly sessions focused on connection, conversation and fun — no football knowledge required. Free, with tea, coffee, biscuits and classic games like dominoes, cards and Connect Four.

Walking Football
Fun, relaxed, social sessions with no pressure on the result — perfect for men over 50 who want to play for longer, for the first time, to get fit and active, or to make new friends. No running, jogging or heading and reduced contact; great for heart health, circulation, mobility, balance and coordination.

Women's Walking Football
The same fun, relaxed, social walking football — for women over the age of 35.
